Arcloom (referred to as “we” or “us”) is a company registered in Wuhan, China. We develop and offer a variety of mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

· Consumption Information: Records of your in-app purchases and consumption habits, including transactions made with both virtual and real currencies, as well as the receipt of virtual goods within the game.

If you choose to log into the App through a third-party site or platform, such as Facebook, Apple Game Center, or Google Sign-In, we may access certain information about you from that platform. This includes your screen name, profile details, and friend lists, in accordance with the authorization procedures established by the respective third-party site or platform, provided you have granted the necessary consent to the third party.

2.How do we use this information?

We collect only identifiers (as mentioned above) and device location information (which is not precise enough to identify a specific street). These identifiers and location data are used exclusively for the following purposes: delivering contextual advertisements (including frequency capping, fraud prevention, and attribution), personalizing content within the Apps (such as sending localized notifications), maintaining or analyzing the functionality of the Apps, performing network communications to safeguard the security and integrity of App users, and ensuring compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.

We do not engage in tracking, profiling, or behavioral advertising. Our Advertising Providers are restricted to displaying only contextual ads and are expressly prohibited from conducting behavioral advertising, creating user profiles, or contacting you in any other manner.

Since we do not collect directly identifiable personal information and utilize identifiers in a manner that cannot be linked to a specific individual, children are unable to publicly share their personal information through our Apps and Services, nor do the functionalities of our Apps and Services permit such disclosures.

3.What are the Purposes of Processing Information?

Non-personal information is processed for the following purposes:
